  The bathroom were so dirty that I saw myself.trash everywhere. A sad meal was left on the table. With the meal everywhere with juice spilled. The waiter said that she hated her job and the food.  The food took 30 mins to get in my mouths.

  Went today to pickup lunch for my niece.  Drive thru was extremely long, so I went inside.  Line at the register too.  
  
  Finally getting to the counter I ordered 10 piece chicken with large fries and large coke.   And added a large McFlurry with extra chocolate sauce to the order.  
  
  After waiting for over 20 minutes I finally received my niece's lunch.   And the cashier attempted to make the McFlurry, but the machine wasn't working.  She put ice cream in a cup.   Put two(2) teaspoons of chocolate sauce on it and handed it to me.
  
  It wasn't mixed and two (2) teaspoons of chocolate is not the extra sauce my niece asked for.  
  Long lines and equipment not working and taking orders that require the broken equipment.   Shame on McDonalds

  This place is starting to have more misses than hits.  When I went into the drive-thru on Thursday evening I was told "no ice cream at present."  
  
  When I returned on Saturday, two days later, still no ice cream "at present".  I guess management doesn't care about missing sales opportunities over the busy weekend period.  
  
  Also the catsup dispensers were all empty so customers had to get back in line to request packets.  So, either fill the dispensers or have cashiers offer packets while customer is at the counter!  Seems to me that, unfortunately, service in lots of areas is lacking.

  This is the worst tasting Big Mac I had in my entire life. Dry and cold, the bread tastes old. I took a couple of bites and threw it in the garbage. French fries not much better but I had to eat something. I always thought that the success of the McDonalds restaurants was the consistency of quality in their meals. I guess I was wrong!
